Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to All Day Projects. By scheduling our pressure washing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

• All Day Projects provides professional pressure washing services for brick, concrete, and paver stones, focusing on the removal of organic matter such as moss, algae, mildew, and dirt.
• This service specifically excludes the removal of stains caused by oil, grease, rust, paint, or other non-organic substances.
• The services will be provided as per the specifications agreed upon in the service contract or quotation.
• Any additional services requested by the client that are not included in the original agreement will incur extra charges.

3. Existing Stains and Damage

• Prior to the commencement of services, All Day Projects will conduct a visual inspection of the surfaces to be cleaned.
• Any existing stains (e.g., oil, grease, rust) and damage to the surfaces (e.g., cracks, chips) will be documented. The client will be informed of these issues before cleaning begins.
• All Day Projects will not be held responsible for the removal of non-organic stains or any pre-existing damage.

4. Limitations of Pressure Washing

• Pressure washing is an effective method for removing organic matter from surfaces; however, it may not restore surfaces to their original color or appearance, especially if they are heavily stained or weathered.
• The client acknowledges that pressure washing may not completely remove deep-set stains, particularly those from oil, grease, or other chemicals.
• All Day Projects will take care to use appropriate pressure settings to avoid damage; however, we are not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur to surfaces that are old, brittle, or in poor condition.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All Day Projects will provide a written estimate for the cost of the services, which will be valid for 30 days.
• A deposit of [X]% may be required to secure the booking. The balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Payment methods accepted include Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
• Late payments may incur a fee of 10% of the total service cost every 7th day after the due date.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the surfaces to be cleaned.
• The client must inform All Day Projects of any known issues with the surfaces (e.g., fragile pavers, areas with previous repairs) prior to the commencement of services.
• The client agrees to remove any items near the work area that may be affected by the pressure washing process.

7. Service Limitations

• All Day Projects will not be held liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces or other property features.
• While we take utmost care, All Day Projects is not responsible for minor incidental damage that may occur during the cleaning process (e.g., loosening of poorly set pavers, minor surface etching).
• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of [X]%.
• All Day Projects reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unsafe weather conditions.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

• All Day Projects offers a [X]-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within this period to address your concerns.
• The warranty covers the quality of the cleaning service but does not cover re-staining or damage caused by external factors after the service is completed.

10. Liability

• All Day Projects is fully insured. However, the company’s liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the client.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold All Day Projects harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s failure to disclose any information relevant to the pressure washing services.

11. Privacy Policy

• All Day Projects respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
• We may use your contact information to communicate with you regarding your service and for future promotions unless you opt out.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portland, Oregon.

13. Amendments

• All Day Projects reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to the commencement of services.
